A: This binocular was made by a company called Steiner, in Germany. It was not made with anyone person in mind. it has not been used by any one and it is in new condition.
Q2: ...lost your response to my last question, but add.........is this the M22 model? .was told the M22 is utterly rare, super expensive. CBG
A: This si not the M-22 version the M-22 falls under the tactical series of Steiner binoculars. The model number for the M-22 is 539
Q3: what are the cross hair lines w/numbers for and how do you use them.on the m22 binoculars
A: The lines with numbers are for estimating range and elevation. Here's an excerpt from Steiner's M22 brochure: A reticle, graduated with a horizontal scale depicting 5-meter increments at a range of 1000 meters, is provided in the left eyepiece. The vertical scale is graduated depicting 30-meter increments at 1000 meters below the horizontal line and 5 meter increments at 1000 meters above the horizontal line.
Q4: I have the binoculars - marine 7 x 50 - but I need a case. Do you sell one that will fit?

Q5: I recently found a 7x50 Steiner military marine binocular, made in W. Germany. #8906 M22, it has the a strap and lense covers, the strap is incorporated with instructions in english/german on cap cover.
