          The unit is fine for[$], it does the job. However I would recommend a much higher magnification for long range shooting, at 36x the most this is good for is 100 yards if that. Great for 50 yard and 22 caliber. But at 100+ yards a 22 shot would not be so easy to see. That is not the unit's fault. But at 36x to be called a spotting scope is pushing it...

          Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
