              I've been using the scope for long range rifle. The clarity at full magnification is impressive and easily rivals Kowa. I've only been using it for three weeks, but I can't imagine getting more for the money or even twice the money. Experienced shooters I've shown it to were all super impressed and kept bugging me about the price and where I got it. It IS big, however.

              Q1: Can a Barlow lens be attached to Celestron Regal 100 F-ED spotting scope increase power?

              A: You could use a Barlow lens with the Celestron 100 F-ED spotting scope.  You will need additional 1.25" eyepieces to do this as the zoom eyepiece that comes on the spotting scope will not fit into a Barlow lens.  You would simply remove the zoom lens and insert a Barlow lens with the desired magnification of eyepiece.

              Q2: What is the focal length in this spoting scope ?

              A: The focal length for the Regal 100 F-ED is 540 mm.
