Q1: The specs & prices on the Excursion range are amazing. Do you know if Bushnell will be releasing a 12x.. model any time soon? I would be very interested in getting one for game viewing. Regards.

A: i wish i could be of more help but, i have not heard anything about them releasing a 12x in the excursions. It is entirely possible but if they do it will not be until at least next year.

Q2: does the 10x42 excursion come with lens caps on the top or bottom?

A: Bushnell 10x42 Excursion binoculars come with both ocular and objective lens caps.
