Q2: What does the twilight facto do and what is better, the higher the number or the lower the number?

A: The higher the number the better. What it has to do with is the level of light that the binocular lets in in low light situations like evening or twilight.

Q3: With what and how do I clean my newly acquired 10x42EL lens?

A: Most Lens cleaning solutions will be fine as will a micro fiber cloth. The lens cleaner I suggest is the Nanofilm Ultra Clarity, it works the best out of any that I have used.
