Q1: what i see through the binocular/camera is not what downloads. it appears very clear but downloads unclear. i have focused according to the directions, can you provide any further instructions.

A: I recommend contacting Celestron directly for trouble shooting regarding image manipulation. The key thing to remember though is the resolution of the digital camera is only VGA .3 the higher the megapixel the better.
