Focused on the moon and had focus to spare(?). Diopter correction is difficult, tight. but the image is clear. Absence of a prism makes them long and narrow but not really bulky and "tunneling" is something I will have to develop technique to reduce. But I like them, they are simple, strong, clear and bright. Optically nice, mechanically a little less so. Oh, yeah, and they are very inexpensive

I bought these to take on my trip to the Ozarks this year. And I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. The optical quality and brightness rival binoculars that cost twice as much. They make nature viewing a very entertaining activity. You can't go wrong with these binoculars.
